Sometimes when posting a video from YouTube onto your Facebook, you will be missing the YouTube video thumbnail preview.
Here is the easy fix.
1. Go to the Page:
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug
2. Paste the YouTube video URL link and click “DEBUG”
3. You will be taken to another page.
Once you see the thumbnail, go back to your Facebook Page and paste the YouTube link again.
Issue must be solved now.
